Personalised Prints

When you order a personalised print, I’ll always double-check the wording with you before anything gets printed or framed. That way, there are no surprises and you get exactly what you had in mind.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or it’s not quite what you expected, just send me a quick photo of the issue. That’s all I need to sort it out. You’ll get a full refund – no quibbles, no stress.

How Refunds Work

All refunds go straight back to the original payment method (usually your card). I aim to process these as quickly as I can – usually within a day or two. Life sometimes gets in the way (family, tea breaks, or printer tantrums), but I’ll always make it a priority to put things right
