Welcome to Paul’s Prints! By using this website (www.paulsprints.co.uk), placing an order, or getting in touch about selling your own art through the site, you agree to the terms and conditions below. It’s all pretty straightforward – no scary small print here!

1. Who We Are

Paul’s Prints is a small independent print business run by Paul Hayles, based at 17 Ilston Way, West Cross, Swansea, SA3 5LG. If you need to get in touch, you can do so through the Contact page.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details. Orders are usually printed, packed, and shipped within 48 hours. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive full tracking info.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices on the site are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. No card info is ever stored on the site.

4. Refunds & Returns

If something’s wrong with your order – damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected – just send me a photo and I’ll sort it out quickly, either with a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and I aim to process them as fast as life allows.

Personalised prints will be checked with you before printing. Once approved and printed, refunds are only given for genuine issues like damage or errors on my end.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork on the site (unless otherwise credited) is the property of Paul Hayles or contributing artists. Please don’t use or reproduce any images or designs without permission – let’s keep it fair for everyone.

6. Artist Collaborations

If you're selling your work through Paul’s Prints, we’ll agree on everything (pricing, fees, responsibilities) in writing before going live. I’ll handle printing, packing, and posting – and you stay creative. Everyone wins.

7. Delivery

We ship to the UK and the islands using tracked services. While I do my best to dispatch quickly, delays caused by postal services or busy times can occasionally happen – but I’ll always keep you in the loop.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is treated with complete respect. I only use what’s needed to process your order or stay in touch – and I’ll never pass your details on to anyone else. Full privacy policy coming soon.

9. Updates

These terms might change now and again as the business grows or services evolve. But don’t worry – the core values of fairness, honesty, and no-fuss customer care will always stay the same.
